The Evanston Early Childhood Council is a collaboration of more than 25 organizations, early childhood providers, and individuals focused on enhancing the outcomes of every young child in the Evanston community.
Together, we are united in connecting families to resources, promoting high quality early childhood services, and lifting up families with young children to ensure that all children arrive at Kindergarten ready for success.

Share the importance of early learning with the community
Connect families to high-quality early learning programs and resources to prepare every child to thrive.
Provide fun, high-quality activities in the community to engage children, encourage families to connect, and enable families to learn about community resources
Ensure equitable access to high quality early childhood resources and programs
Eliminate barriers to access (such as language and cultural) where possible
Work together with families to ensure all Evanston children arrive at Kindergarten ready to thrive!
